1. Ownership

The Telvoa brand, the domain telvoa.com, and all associated logos and digital assets are owned by the registrant of this domain, Hussain AlDhaheri, sole owner of Establishment AL-AFAQ ALAMIEH For Trading (operating as “AlAfaq AlAlamiah Information Technology”), Commercial Registration No. 4700005370, National Unified No. 7011286171, Yanbu, Kingdom of Saudi Arabia — registered since 1996. The Commercial Registration is verifiable at mc.gov.sa; the public WHOIS record for telvoa.com names the same owner.

2. Authorized mobile applications

The Google Play developer account “AlAfaq AlAlamiah IT” (alafaq.it@gmail.com) is owned by the same establishment and is the sole authorized publisher of the Telvoa mobile applications, including Telvoa Agent (package name com.telvoa.agent). Any Telvoa-branded application published by any other developer account is not authorized.
